Gary Curtis Cannon, BA, MBA, JD is an active member of the California Bar Association with an extensive background in business and business law, securities and securities law, real estate and real estate law. The son of the founder of two large corporations (one of which was listed on the New York Stock Exchange), he has assisted in the forming of over 150 corporations, has helped raised several million dollars in venture capital (both debt and equity) and structured business entities for capital preservation. Mr. Cannon currently represents as General Counsel and SEC attorney three publicly traded companies, CryoPort, Inc. (trading symbol OTCBB:CYRX.BB), Redux Holdings, Inc. (trading symbol RDXH), Naturade, Inc. (trading symbol OTCBB:NRDCQ.BB). He is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States Bar and the Court of International Trade Bar as well as both the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Cannon was on the Board and/or served as President of several companies, including Financial Services and Investment Corporation and Trans Pacific Group, Inc. He was General and Corporate Counsel for several corporations owned by the same principals including Builders Staff Corporation, an International construction company with over 7,000 employees; Interstate Management Services Corporation, a Professional Employer Organization; F-Y Partnership, Inc., a real estate investment company; MVG Corporation, an insurance holding company; and LEXCO Insurance Brokers, Inc. More recently, Attorney Cannon was General and Corporate Counsel for Oridean Inc., a Delaware Corporation formerly Extreme-e Corporate Development Group, Inc., which he help reorganize from a California corporation to a Delaware corporation for the purpose of raising investment capital, and two publicly traded corporations, CryoPort, Inc. (trading symbol CYRX.PK) and The Affordable Energy Group, Inc. |
